Hotel was in a really good location less than 5 minutes walk from Sendai station and a short walk from amenities such as restaurants and shops. Hotel was well presented and the check in process was smooth and efficient with friendly staff. My room was above average sized for Japan, plenty of room to open my luggage and the bed was really comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast. There was good coffee and tea in my room. Breakfast was very good with some local and home made specialities as well as Western items (pastries etc) and more good coffee. I only stayed one night but I think this would be a fine hotel for a longer stay.

Great location near train station but with quiet surroundings ( I don’t mind the sound of trains passing at all) A nice view at Floor 11 Small room but clean tidy and comfortable

Very close to public transport and lively streets, shops etc. The staff is friendly and helpful but mostly Japanese speaking only. However it is not too hard to communicate. The lobby looked a bit shabby but the rooms were fine for a couple of nights.

I am lucky choosing this hotel. I would give my excellent evaluation to them. 3 minutes walk short cut to Sendai station is so good.

Close proximity about 5+ mins walk to shopping area and JR Sendai train station.

The room has a small sofa that is very comfortable. Also, the room was very clean.

Location and breakfast are the best.Room and facilities are also very good.We will stay here again when visiting Sendai.
